Side Dishes

I’m doing something a little different for this week’s blog post. I wanted to share some of my favorite side dishes that may be helpful for those who do not have a ton of time to cook in the evening, other than a quick protein and side dish. If you know me well, you know I’m a huge fan of vegetables of all kinds so most of these sides will contain some type of vegetable. The nutritional benefits of vegetables are off the charts and they’re versatility and color are unmatched! Have I convinced you to love them too?!
