Sunny's Sunset Park Noodle Bowl  Tuesday: Noodle Bowl

I saw this recipe while watching “The Kitchen” on The Food Network. One of the ingredients is gochujang which is something I’ve been wanting to cook with. Gochujang is a red chili paste that is savory, sweet, and spicy. Another type of chili paste could be used in its place. This recipe makes four servings.

Pineapple is a good substitute for mango in this recipe if you do not prefer mango. I also added red and orange bell peppers to the shrimp mixture. Serving size: 1 cup shrimp mixture with 1/2 cup rice

  Friday: Chicken Avocado Burger

Avocados have been super cheap at Aldi recently so I have been looking for more avocado recipes! Ground turkey could be used instead of ground chicken for this burger. Top burger with lettuce and tomato and a sauce of your choice! Serving size: 4-5 ounce burger
