I’m Meredith. I am a Registered Dietitian with a Masters degree in Nutrition and Physical Performance. I love The Lord, food, fitness, family, and Clemson! I have found in my career as a dietitian that having a plan is key to achieving many of our goals whether they be losing weight, training for a marathon, juggling life/work/family, or simply figuring out your family’s meals for the week.
